The arbequina olive provides an oil with sweeter taste and fragrances. Our arbequí 1789 oil is made from olives harvested between the months of November and December. The oil has a touch of freshness that pairs well with all kinds of dishes. On the other hand, the rojal olive provides an oil with more bitter and spicy tones, which enhance the flavor of the accompanying foods. It is highly recommended for those who enjoy intense flavors that are noticeable in the mouth. This rojal oil is made from olives harvested between the months of November and December.
In Priordei, we wanted to leave our signature on this bottle. The imprint of the 500-year-old trees that offer us the best oil from our lands is screen-printed in white on black on each of the nearly 4,000 bottles of 1789 Arbequina and 1789 Rojal.
