Our Lucio Extra Virgin Premium Olive Oil is obtained directly from olives using only mechanical processes.

This extra virgin oil is born in late October, when the olives are still in the veraison stage. It comes from a selection of our Lucio olive trees, which are becoming increasingly rare due to their low production. We harvest the best olives from these trees and press them on the same day using cold extraction. The origins of these trees can be traced back to the branches of the Roman Empire, and they are named after the Roman emperor who introduced them to the peninsula. It is a unique harvest of 7,000 liters.

Lucio variety: This variety is very rare in Spain. It has a very limited production due to the scarcity of these olive trees, most of which are centuries old.
